Orders placed by 12 PM → usually ship the same business day.
Italy - Delivery in 24–48 hours
(Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria: 48–72 hours)
Europe - Delivery in 2–4 business days
USA and Canada - Delivery in 2–5 business days

All shipments are sent Monday through Friday (excluding Italian public holidays).
Fast and efficient deliveries
In most cases, orders are processed and shipped the same day.
During high-demand periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or new product launches), slight delays may occur.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary, but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking is usually active within 24 business hours and can be used directly on the carrier’s website.
For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Sprizzer does not process payments directly but relies on secure payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). For technical reasons, bank transfers and cash on delivery are not accepted.
