Orders are usually taken on the same day as the order, prepared for shipping and immediately entrusted to the courier.
At particular times of the year (Black Friday, Christmas, etc...) there may be some small delays which we are committed to managing as best we can.

For shipments to Italy the delivery time is 24/48 hours and, for orders received before 12pm, delivery is usually the next working day.
For shipments to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia , these times may be extended by 1 or 2 working days.

In Europe, USA and Canada delivery is 2-5 working days.
The exact times for each country are indicated during the order, after entering your delivery address.

Shipments are made on working days , from Monday to Friday. Shipments are not made on Italian holidays.

We make every effort to send you the products quickly, but we remind you that the timing is indicative and may be subject to change, for example on the days of launch of new products or promotional activities, they may experience slowdowns due to the high volume of orders generated. We thank you for your patience and cooperation in these situations. Black Friday, Christmas and other major events also require an extraordinary effort for couriers and may experience some delays. In these periods, we suggest you place your orders in advance.

Each order is assigned a unique tracking code, generated by the courier, visible in the shipping confirmation email. To track your package please use the tracking code provided by entering it directly on the courier's website. The tracking code generally becomes active 24 working hours after receiving the shipment email.

Sprizzer does not directly manage payments, but uses payment systems with the highest security guarantees such as Paypal, Stripe, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payments are accepted via Paypal and all credit cards belonging to the Visa, MasterCard and American Express circuits. For technical reasons, payments by bank transfer or cash on delivery are not accepted.
