REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS DURING TRANSPORT
We replace items that are defective or damaged in transit. To replace with the same item, please send us an email to info@sprizzer.it containing
- purchase receipt
- photos or videos to show the damaged or non-functioning product
After our confirmation you can send the item to be replaced to: Sprizzer srl - Via Viadagola 43/14, 40057 Granarolo dell'Emilia (BO) - Italy.
The return of the goods will be at our expense, as will the sending of the replacement product.
RETURNED FOR RETURN
If you have purchased a product on our site, you can exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. decide to return the product, without having to provide any reason and without any penalty, within 30 days and not only within the 14 days required by law, from the purchase. of the physical possession of the package containing the ordered product or, in the case of the purchase of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the acquisition of physical possession of the last product purchased.
Exclusions of the right of withdrawal
You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for by article 59 of the Consumer Code, including:
- In case of purchase of clearly personalized goods;
- In case of purchase of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons.
- In case the products for food use have already been used
To be able to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We suggest you attach the order payment receipt that you received via email when you made the purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Shipping costs are not subject to refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the refund methods.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to the purchase of products that do not fall within the exclusions provided above, you must inform Sprizzer srl of your intention to withdraw from the contract by sending a communication via registered mail sent to the address: Sprizzer - Via Viadagola 43/14 - 40057 Granarolo dell'Emilia (BO). To this end, you can use the standard withdrawal form provided for in Annex I part B of the Consumer Code, with the following content:

Hereby, the undersigned __________ notifies the withdrawal from the purchase contract of the following goods: [insert a description of the products purchased by MANDATORY indicating the order number], ordered on _________ (or received on __________) and requests:
the refund of the amount paid for the returned products, by re-crediting the relevant sum via the payment method used;
- Name, Surname, Address of the Customer
- Client's signature (only if the form is notified in paper version)
- Date

Method of returning products
Products must be returned in their original packaging and must arrive “as new” without any damage to the Product or Product packaging. The products must be returned to Sprizzer srl, without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen days) from the date on which you communicated to Sprizzer srl your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The Products must be returned to Sprizzer srl in their substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and anything else supplied with them.
In compliance with the provisions of article 57, paragraph 1, of the Italian Consumer Code, you will have to pay the return costs.
Return shipping
To return the product, you must send it to: Sprizzer srl - Via Viadagola 43/14, 40057 Granarolo dell'Emilia (BO) - Italy.
In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not proceed with the refund.
Refund in case of withdrawal
Once you have exercised the right of withdrawal, within the terms and according to the methods established for the return of the products, you will be able to obtain a refund of the amount paid for the returned products, by re-crediting the relevant sum through the payment method used;
The refund of the product price will take place within 14 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal. Sprizzer srl may withhold the refund until it has received the return of the products covered by the canceled order.
If the returned products show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, Sprizzer srl may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.
