Orders are usually taken on the same day as the order, prepared for shipping and immediately entrusted to the courier.
At particular times of the year (Black Friday, Christmas, etc...) there may be some small delays which we are committed to managing as best we can.

For shipments to Italy the delivery time is 24/48 hours and, for orders received by 1pm, delivery is usually the next working day.
For shipments to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia , these times may be extended by 1 or 2 working days.

In Europe, the United States and Canada, delivery takes 2-4 working days.
The exact times for each country are indicated during the order, after entering your delivery address.

Shipments are made on working days , from Monday to Friday. No shipments are made on Italian public holidays.

We make every effort to send you the products quickly, but we remind you that the timing is indicative and that it may undergo variations, for example on the days of the launch of new products or promotional activities they may experience slowdowns due to the high volume of orders generated . Thank you for your patience and cooperation in these situations. Black Friday, Christmas and other major events also place extraordinary demands on couriers and may experience some delays. During these periods, we suggest you place your orders in time.

Each order is assigned a unique tracking code, generated by the courier, visible in the shipping confirmation email. To track your package please use the tracking code provided by entering it directly on the courier's website. The tracking code generally becomes active 24 working hours after receiving the shipment email.

Sprizzer does not directly manage payments, but uses payment systems equipped with maximum security guarantees such as Paypal, Stripe, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payments are accepted via Paypal and all credit cards belonging to the Visa, MasterCard and American Express circuits. For technical reasons, payments by bank transfer or cash on delivery are not accepted.
